Grades 3-4
This program is built for motivated Grade 3–4 students who want to go beyond their school curriculum. We work on spelling bee preparation, contest-level math foundations (Math Kangaroo, NSF, and similar), and the habits that actually build long-term skill—problem-solving basics, perseverance, pattern recognition, and steady practice.

Students will work on basic fundamentals, problem-solving strategies, and word problems that build strong critical-thinking skills.
Absolutely. This is a great starting point. These classes build the core skills students need before entering any contest.
Yes. Your student will gain a strong foundation in reasoning, accuracy, and confidence. The growth students show in these sessions is significant.
Because these are young learners, family involvement matters. Encourage your student to complete the assigned homework before the next class so they can stay on track and make real progress. Regular attendance is important; missing sessions can make it harder to follow new concepts. Families should do their best to keep the student’s schedule clear during class times.
We truly value consistency, as it helps students build steady progress and keeps the group moving forward together. If you have any upcoming travel or vacation plans that may affect attendance, please notify your mentor in advance.
Private sessions are best when a student is struggling with specific math concepts and needs focused, individualized support. These one-on-one classes help strengthen weak areas before the student joins a group. While we often recommend starting with private coaching, it’s ultimately up to the mentor to decide when a student is ready for group classes. This depends on several factors, including the student’s confidence, consistency, and ability to collaborate with peers.
No. Mrs. Rastogi’s group classes are typically invitation-only. If your student hasn’t been invited yet, they will first be scheduled for an evaluation. Based on that assessment, Mrs. Rastogi will determine whether your student is ready to join the group.
Acing an exam isn’t magic — it’s consistency, clarity, and honest effort. Students need a solid grasp of the material, not just last-minute cramming. Regular practice, completing assigned homework on time, reviewing mistakes instead of ignoring them, and asking questions when something doesn’t make sense all make a real difference. Strong study habits, steady attendance, and focused preparation set students up to perform at their best.
