Pratima has been an integral part of the Math Club since 2023. As a homeschooling parent, she is passionate about learning and sharing that enthusiasm with others. She actively engages with families, encouraging them to participate in workshops for the benefit of their students. We are grateful for her dedication, generosity, and the welcoming spirit she brings to our hospitality team.
About Our Mentors
We are deeply grateful to our mentors who support these workshops. All of them are either current or former students of our math programs, and they generously volunteer their time to guide younger learners. Through their efforts, they help our math club raise money for the India Association of New Hampshire’s (IANH https://www.ianh.org/) Education Department. Their commitment shows not only in the way they teach, but also in the way they give back to the community that once nurtured them.
Our math workshops are conducted entirely by dedicated student mentors who generously volunteer their time and expertise in service of the community. Through their efforts, these workshops not only provide high-quality mathematical enrichment but also contribute to broader educational initiatives.
Proceeds from the workshops support organizations such as the India Association of New Hampshire Education Department and the MATHCOUNTS NH Chapter, helping sustain and expand access to meaningful learning opportunities for students.
The India Association of New Hampshire Education Department organizes the annual NorthSouth Math Bee and Math Contest, offering students across New Hampshire and Massachusetts a valuable platform for academic growth beyond the classroom.
These contests are thoughtfully designed to cultivate problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and confidence. Guided by the principle that “every student is a winner,” the program emphasizes personal growth, encouraging participants to strive for continuous self-improvement.
The MATHCOUNTS NH Chapter operates under the umbrella of the MATHCOUNTS Foundation, a nationally recognized organization committed to enhancing middle school mathematics education.
The NH Chapter facilitates competitions, coaching programs, and enrichment activities that foster critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork. It provides students with a structured and supportive environment to deepen their engagement with mathematics and pursue excellence.
